Pilot terms
1. Provider
Aisys Labs Inc.; the service is sold under the A11y Journey Guard brand.
2. Service scope
1 agency · 1 client site · 1 journey ≤5 steps · baseline + 4 rechecks · 14 days · agency-directed findings + dated evidence export
3. Price
€99 net founding (first 10 agencies) / €149 standard; prices are net; paid upfront; continuation €99/mo only by separate written yes, no auto-conversion
4. Refunds/cancellation
Full refund if you cancel before the baseline is delivered (dated email + export). After the baseline: no refund unless Aisys Labs misses the stated scope — then pro-rata or full refund, at your agency’s choice.
5. Client authorization and access
agency confirms authorization; test accounts; no live purchases without approval
6. What the service is not
not a full audit, remediation, legal advice, certification, overlay, or compliance/EAA guarantee
7. Liability
Liability is capped at fees paid.
8. Data processing
Pilot data is handled under short processing terms agreed in writing before the pilot starts. We use only the access and test data you authorize for the agreed journey.
9. Availability
EU-first; UK not in pilot; no white-label
10. Governing law and venue
Agreed in the written pilot order confirmed before the pilot starts.
