Questions before the pilot
We already use axe/Lighthouse.
The pilot tests whether having someone operate agreed journey checks, triage changes and maintain the client record removes work your team owns today. If you already do all that, there may be little value.
Is this legal advice / EAA certification?
No. It documents the specified monitoring activity and findings. It doesn’t determine legal applicability, certify conformance, or guarantee compliance.
Why not a €49/mo overlay?
We’re not an overlay and don’t modify the site. We check agreed journey states and record what we observed; fixes stay with your developers and auditors.
Do I send credentials through this form?
No. We agree test accounts and access separately after the fit call.
What are the cancellation terms?
Full refund if you cancel before the baseline is delivered (dated email + export). After the baseline: no refund unless Aisys Labs misses the stated scope — then pro-rata or full refund, at your agency’s choice.
What are the manual limits?
One client site, one journey of up to five steps, a baseline plus four rechecks over 14 days, and a maximum of two concurrent pilots. Manual checks are spot checks on the agreed journey — not a full manual audit, remediation, or certification.
How is data handled?
We use only the access and test accounts you authorize for the agreed journey, avoid real customer data, and share evidence only with your agency. Pilot data is covered by short processing terms agreed before we start.
