3. What we collect
The information you send us by email (such as your name, agency, email address and the site you want checked) and standard server logs. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.
4. Why and legal basis
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver a pilot you request, and keep our website secure.
5. Processors
Hostinger (website hosting and email). We use no analytics providers.
6. International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to run any pilot you agree to, and delete them when no longer needed.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing hello@a11yjourneyguard.com. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Pilot client data
Pilot client data (journey evidence) is covered by a separate DPA / short processing terms, provided before a pilot starts.
10. Changes
